Join the Peach Cobbler Factory Webster team as a Bakery Team Member! We're looking for friendly, dependable, energetic team members who enjoy baking, working with people, and providing excellent customer service. No professional baking experience is required—we'll train you on our recipes, procedures, and standards.

Baking & Dessert Preparation:

Prepare, bake, assemble, and finish our signature desserts while following recipes, portion standards, bake times, food-safety procedures, and presentation guidelines. Keep baking and prep areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.

Customer Service & Restaurant Operations:

Greet guests, answer menu questions, take accurate orders using our cashless POS system, prepare and check orders, and provide friendly, efficient service. Team members also help maintain a clean restaurant by sanitizing tables and work areas, restocking supplies, taking out trash, completing restroom checks, and assisting with opening and closing duties.

Pay:

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
