As a baker at Sodalicious, you'll work behind the scenes in our warehouse making sure our cookies are baked, packed, and ready to ship out to our stores. This is a production-focused role, not customer-facing — it's all about consistency, care, and teamwork to get our signature cookies to our customers. What You'll Do Hand-scoop cookie dough to ensure consistent size and shape- Bake cookies in the oven, following proper time and temperature guidelines Bag and box finished cookies for distributionKeep your workspace clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards Keep your workspace clean, organized, and up to health and safety standard Work closely with your teammates to keep bakery production running smoothly each shift Bring positive energy to every shift No prior bakery or food service experience required — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Must be 16 years or older. Must be able to work during the hours of 8am - 1pm, Monday - Thursday.
