In this role, you'll be a key player in creating delicious baked goods, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring our bakery operates smoothly. If you love working with pastries, cakes, and baked treats, and enjoy engaging with customers, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including pastries, breads, and cookies, following established recipes and standards. Decorate pastries with skillful decorating techniques to create visually appealing products. Package baked items carefully to maintain freshness and presentation quality for customers. Assist in food production and food preparation tasks to ensure timely availability of products. Maintain proper food handling and safety practices in accordance with health regulations. Support the team in food industry operations such as stocking supplies, organizing workstations, and cleaning baking equipment. Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products, offering samples, and helping customers find their favorite treats. Skills Experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in decorating and food presentation techniques. Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling safety standards. Knowledge of packaging methods suitable for baked goods. Previous experience in food production, catering, or restaurant settings is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
