Join the opening team for Moochie's Cheesesteaks and Mr. Charlie's Chicken Fingers at Salt Lake City International Airport! We're looking for energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Line Cooks and Bakers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pridein preparing high-quality food. Line CookResponsibilities ( Moochies Cheesesteaks and Mr. Charlie's Chicken Fingers) Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards. Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Follow food safety and health department regulations. Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. BakerResponsibilities ( Gourmandise Euro Diner) Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes. Measure and mix ingredients accurately. Monitor baking times and product quality. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Assist with inventory rotation and organization. Ensure products are ready to meet daily production needs. Qualifications Previous baking experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work early morning shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
