Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies following established recipes and quality standards Assist in dough preparation, cake decorating, and food presentation to ensure visually appealing products Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and other baking tools safely and efficiently Package baked items carefully for storage or customer purchase while maintaining food safety standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation protocols and food safety regulations Support high-volume production needs during busy periods while ensuring consistency in product quality Handle food products with proper food handling techniques to ensure freshness and safety for all customers Requirements Proven experience in baking, pastry preparation, or food production within a fast-paced environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with dough preparation techniques Knowledge of cake decorating and pastry presentation methods Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory Excellent attention to detail to ensure recipe adherence and product consistency Customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team Understanding of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in the food industry or catering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us in creating delightful baked goods that bring joy to our customers!
