Overall Description We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker who is able to provide consistence production performance in an efficient and professional manner and is willing to learn and grow with us. A Baker takes pride in quality and thrives to serve excellent product to every guest. Responsibilities Accurately scales, mixes, and bakes various baked goods including, but not limited to muffins, cookies, cakes, pies, glazes, biscuits, scones, and breads according to provided recipes and instructions. Follows quality control measurements and immediately communicates with the Bakery Management when question or concern arises. Follows established operational procedures and immediately communicates with the Bakery Management when question or concern arises. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work station and entire kitchen on a day-to-day basis. Strictly adheres to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices, to guarantee a clean and safe work environment. Provides excellent customer service and communicated with the guests as needed. Reports to Bakery Management as needed. Requirement Professional baking experience. Strong sense of urgency. Strong communication skills. Time management skills. Basic math skills. Attention to details and ability to focus. Ability to work independently and with other team members. Ability to lift up to 50 lb. Ability to work on a hot environment; ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekend, holidays, early mornings, and afternoons.

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
