Overview Join our dynamic team as a Baker and bring delicious baked goods to life! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and presentation. The hours of this position are extremely flexible! Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and decorating tools efficiently and safely Ensure all baked products are produced in high-volume quantities while maintaining consistency and quality Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards throughout the shift Assist with food preparation tasks Qualifications Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation within a food industry setting; catering or restaurant experience is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to food handling regulations Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in recipe adherence and food presentation Basic math skills for ingredient measurement and portion control A positive attitude with a passion for culinary arts and customer satisfaction Join us to craft delectable baked goods that delight our customers! Pay:
