We specialize in Basque cheesecakes , and we're looking for someone who enjoys baking, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in making delicious desserts. What you'll do: Prepare and bake Basque cheesecakes Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality Prepare ingredients and keep the kitchen organized Assist with food preparation, packaging, and cleaning Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently in a small, fast-paced bakery environment What we're looking for: Previous baking or pastry experience is preferred Experience making cheesecakes is a plus! No professional experience? That's okay! We're willing to train the right person.
