- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, cakes, croissants, and pastries
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, proofers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
- Decorate baked goods as required
- Keep work areas clean and organized Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in food production or culinary field
- Food handler's permit
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with the food industry standards and regulations
- Skill in handling kitchen tools including knives
- Experience working with croissant is a huge plus for this position
