Larsen's Original Bakery is seeking an experienced retail associate for our bakery counter. Barista experience is a plus. Full time and part time positions available. Available shifts are 5:00 am-1:00pm and 8:00am - 4:00pm

•We are especially looking for someone with weekend availability.

•Our bakery is consistently busy and you will be interacting with our customers, handling cash transactions, answering telephone calls, and customer questions about our products. A genuine, friendly personality is the most important trait to be successful in this role! Applicants must be reliable and responsible, have a sense of urgency, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Customer service with attention to detail; Assisting customers with personalized cake and special orders; Packaging baked goods for retail consumption; Making espresso drinks; Keeping the front end of bakery clean at all times; Completing tasks, logs, and/or closing checklist every day.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 30 LBS. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Applicants must be 18 or older. Valid King County food handler's permit is required. Percentage of tips based on total hours worked.
