Washington State Minimum Wage + Tips Responsibilities Assist with production for our weekly farmers markets Help prepare laminated dough products (croissants, pains au chocolat, etc.) Assist bakers with daily prep and production tasks Shape, fill, tray, and organize bakery products Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the kitchen Help organize production areas and ingredients Support the team during busy production days Qualifications Bakery or kitchen experience preferred, but not required Interest in artisan baking and laminated dough production Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs Food Worker Card preferred (or ability to obtain one) Why Join Us?
