Family owned Pizza Restaurant is looking for
EXPERIENCED BAKER. MUST BE
21+ Come join our small team as a cook and learn some Italian style cuisine, pastas, dough, fruit pies, and best of all pizza pie! This is a part time position that is hiring immediately. Hours include weekends and afternoons/evenings with some flexibility We are an organized and fun-loving crew that is looking for a good fit. We are looking for a Baker to prepare different types of pizza dough and pie dough. Baker responsibilities include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and baking dough off.. Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis.LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED BAKERS WHO CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY 17.50

Responsibilities:
- Mix, roll, bake, store, and inventory dough for pizzas and fruit pies.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Handle and store food safely, adhering to all sanitation and food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Sense of urgency, timeliness, attention to detail. Work an oven, don't burn food. Set up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking and baking (prepare meat, vegetables, doughs.) Build orders from a recipe book, job aid, and from memory. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen, walk-in fridge, dry storage, etc Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly. Check quality of ingredients. Follow and complete BOH opening and closing duties.Skills:
