- Own your station and raise the standard What You'll Do As a Baker, you will: Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently Handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency Maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets Flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager Support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals Help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed
