If you are detail oriented, have a passion for baking, a pep in your step and are not afraid to get up when it's dark, the kitchen is possibly the place for you! Send over your info, we have a wonderful kitchen crew to welcome you! (hours would be 4:30a-8am or 12p, 4-5 days a week) Pay based on experience. Oh, and free coffee. ;) Responsibilities and Duties Produce bakery products, ensure consistent product quality and meet daily production needs with urgency. Develop a proficiency in baking. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values. Follow specific recipes and task sheets according to kitchen lead. Qualifications and Skills At least 18 years of age Strong attention to detail and be able to follow detailed instructions and orders Proficient in basic math skills Able to lift over 50lbs and stand for at least 8 hours Have a valid driver's license Have a strong understanding in food sanitation and proper food handling
