We're looking for a reliable, energetic Day Baker with open availability to join our team!

Position:

Opening Baker Availability:

Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake Crumbl desserts according to company recipes and quality standards. Mix dough, portion cookies, frost, decorate, and prepare products for display. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift. Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations. Provide friendly and professional customer service when needed.

Qualifications:

Open availability and flexibility to work scheduled shifts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous food service or baking experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!
