Job Description

Lead Baker Batch Baker Co Brillion, WI Job Details Full-time $15 - $16 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Management Café experience Catering experience Baking Assembly Coffee experience Full Job Description Full time - typical hours 4am-12pm on weekdays, off Wednesdays, and potential rotating weekends. But start and end times may vary based on needs for the day. Pay range is $15.00-$16.00. Varies based on experience Tip Share included
Duties:
Baking Prep - including sourdough, croissants, muffins, and other pastries. Assembling baked goods for the cafe and orders, Completing food orders for the cafe and catering. After a trial period, position will focus more into a Morning Manager role, with more responsibility leading, and assisting in opening the cafe when needed.
Qualifications:
Baking Degree or 1 year working with European Pastries. Coffee knowledge or experience preferable.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
