Key Responsibilities Decorate cakes and baked goods with precision, creativity, and consistent quality. Consult with customers to understand their cake design preferences and provide expert guidance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist with baking and preparation duties as needed to support bakery operations. Manage inventory of decorating materials and communicate supply needs promptly. Stay current with cake decorating trends and techniques to enhance product offerings. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant baking or pastry certification is advantageous. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cake decorating. Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
