We seek candidates with experience in commercial baking and cooking. Our new state-of-the-art kitchen contains all the tools and equipment to support your creative efforts. Currently our Food And Roasting Manufacturing (FARM) site in Jackson produces inventory for the Jackson coffeehouse. Production will expand with the opening of our Brookfield location in the fall. Experience and qualifications:

Must have minimum of 2 years experience in commercial baking Prepare baked goods and soups from scratch according to company recipes with minimal waste Able to adjust recipes for smaller/larger batches if needed Is a team player Maintains cleanliness of work area Has knowledge of and adheres to safety and sanitation guidelines Well organized with attention to detail Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Work varied hours/days based on business needs.
