These positions include store opening {stocking product and prepping our storefront, filling orders, tasks such as making coffee], store closing {various tasks}, customer service, waiting on customers, answering phones, taking orders, handling custom and detailed orders such as donut and cake orders, retail/ wholesale packaging and slicing (breads, buns, etc.), daily stocking, daily cleaning, helping out in various areas of the bakery whenever asked, etc. 5 AM Position Hours Tuesday through

Friday:

5am to 10/11am

Saturday:

Must be able to work 5am

• 12pm AND 6:30am to Close.

Shift may vary. Approx. 27-30 Hours. Minimum 25 Hours Required. 3-4 Days during Week + Saturdays Required. Holiday Season shifts may vary (i.e. Christmas Eve, National Donut Day, etc)

Tips will be distributed after employee is able to wait on customers and take orders unassisted. Summary As a Bakery Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our bakery customers. With core skills in food service , customer service and credit card and cash handling, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery area. Your premium skills in food preparation, packaging and upselling will help you excel in showcasing our bakery products and increasing sales. Additionally, your relevant skills in sanitation, kitchen experience, and retail math will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our bakery operations. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with experience in a fast-paced food service environment Proficiency in cash handling, card transactions, and basic math skills (i.e. percentages, adding, etc). Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food industry setting a plus but not required Knowledge of food preparation techniques and a passion for culinary arts a plus but not required Excellent time management and upselling abilities Positive attitude, Friendly, Reliable and comfortable working with customers Can handle fast-paced days and multi-tasking Ability to work alone and with others without direction Requirements Ability to push, pull or lift 25# unassisted Ability to stand for entirety of shift 18+ Reliable Transportation High school Diploma or GED equivalent
