Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts with attention to detail and presentation. Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to maintain compliance with food safety regulations. Support food production processes by measuring ingredients accurately and following established recipes and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining high standards of quality. Contribute to kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cleaning workstations, and maintaining equipment. Requirements Proven experience in baking, or pastry arts within a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment. Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen safety protocols. Knowledge of culinary techniques including cooking, food industry standards, and knife skills. Experience with food packaging, presentation, and customer service is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Formal training or certification in culinary arts or pastry arts is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
