You'll be responsible for producing fresh baked goods and desserts for our catering events, café, and holiday offerings while helping maintain our high standards of quality and consistency. Responsibilities Prepare daily bakery items, breads, pastries, and desserts Produce desserts for catering events and our café Assist with seasonal menu items and bakery specials Maintain consistent recipes and presentation standards Manage bakery inventory, ordering, and production planning Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality throughout the bakery Qualifications Commercial baking or pastry experience required Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work independently and stay organized Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Passion for creating high-quality baked goods Why Mosaic?
