```Duties```

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality standards
• Decorate cakes and pastries as required
• Package finished products for sale or delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies ```Skills```
• Strong baking skills, including knowledge of different techniques and ingredients
• Experience in pastry and cake decorating is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and take orders
• Proficient knife skills for slicing, dicing, and chopping ingredients
• Ability to handle food safely to prevent cross-contamination
• Familiarity with catering operations and large-scale food production is a plus
