You'll be the face of our shop, crafting quality drinks and creating a great experience for customers during high-volume rushes. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe and quality standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently and safely Take orders accurately and process payments via POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work station throughout shifts Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, pastries) and monitor inventory levels Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and equipment sanitation Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service, even during peak rush Handle multiple orders simultaneously without sacrificing speed or quality Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate when needed Collaborate with teammates to keep the line moving during busy periods Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned Requirements Prior barista or food service experience preferred, not always required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong multitasking and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs Availability for early mornings and weekends as needed Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one) Preferred Qualities Passion for coffee and willingness to learn latte art or brewing techniques Positive attitude and calm demeanor under pressure Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
