Job Description
Our Baristas are the front line of our company and provide our guests with exceptional coffee drinks and high-quality customer experiences. They perform many functions that include, but are not limited to, taking customer orders, cash handling, preparing food and drinks, and cleaning and sanitizing their work areas. Our locations are busy and Baristas must be able to multitask and stay detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Preparing coffee and a variety of specialty drinks to company recipes and standards
- Taking customer orders
- Cleaning and maintaining café and all café equipment
- Assisting with customer questions and complaints Requirements
- 6 months customer service experience is preferred
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic math and computer skills
- Have or be able to obtain Alaska Food Worker Card within 30 days post-hire
- Eligible to work in the United States and 18 years of age of older
