Duties Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and snacks with precision and care, ensuring food safety standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately. Engage with customers through friendly service, answering questions about menu options and making personalized recommendations. Handle retail sales transactions including cash handling, processing cash and card payments smoothly. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces by performing regular cleaning duties. Manage food handling responsibilities responsibly by following safety protocols during food preparation and beverage service. Support team members during busy hours by assisting with food preparation, serving drinks, and managing customer flow. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely beverage preparation and customer service.
