Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems including shift 4 POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining balanced cash drawers Maintain cleanliness of the store, including food handling surfaces, equipment, and seating areas to meet food safety standards Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about beverages and food offerings, and provide outstanding customer service Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service within a café or retail environment with strong knowledge of beverage service techniques Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization options Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
