Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Handle retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Clover. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas Manage cash handling accurately, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and serving food items in accordance with safety guidelines Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks seamlessly while upholding quality standards Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service environments with café experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper food preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to craft memorable moments for our guests through exceptional coffee experiences!
