The ideal candidate will have a love for all things Caffeine and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve using various equipment and techniques to prepare drinks while adhering to food safety standards. MUST be 21+ Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Handle POS register transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist with some food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Stay informed about menu items and promotions to effectively upsell products. Experience Previous experience in a barista, server or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
