During school, local coffee shops were the backdrop to our lives—they were where we crammed for exams, hung out with friends, and reconnected with old ones. Whenever we came back home, we realized our community was missing a dedicated space designed for those exact moments. So, when the opportunity came to open Esan Coffee , we jumped in with both feet. We've poured our hearts into building a space that feels like home—a place rooted in exceptional specialty coffee, intentional design, and genuine hospitality. For us, this goes way beyond just serving a great cup of coffee. It's about elevated customer service, a healthy, positive work culture, and complete transparency.

What You'll Do Craft Quality Beverages:
Dial in espresso, steam milk to proper texture/temperature, and prepare specialty drinks with consistency and speed.
Deliver Real Hospitality:
Welcome every guest like family. Build relationships with regulars and help create a warm community hub.
Maintain Shop Standards:
Keep workspace, espresso equipment, counter areas, and seating clean, organized, and fully stocked. Help Build the

Take initiative, master shift workflows, and show interest in leading team shifts as the shop grows. Qualifications & Skills Barista Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in specialty coffee, dialing in espresso, latte art, or working in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant setting is a big plus.
