Job Description
Looking for Front Counter Associates / Baristas to handle front-of-house duties including greeting customers, taking orders, serving food, making drinks and processing cash transactions. Duties include placing baked goods into packaging, attaching labels to items and arranging them into an appealing display. Other duties would include sweeping the floor, cleaning display cases, replacing inventory and wiping windows and counters. Always initiates a positive guest experience by providing a welcome and/or greeting, making eye contact, smiling, and bidding a warm farewell and good luck. Must be presentable when reporting to work, wearing appropriate, clean attire, free of pet hair. Hair restrained. Pay based on qualifications with tips.
