What you'll do: Inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to maintain sanitation standards. Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and disposing of perishables. Stock, organize, and maintain kitchen supplies, equipment, and utensils. Prepare food items by following recipes, including baking, grilling, chopping, and portioning. Operate kitchen and baking equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety policies by monitoring temperatures and completing logs. Provide customer service by greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and processing payments. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment. What you'll bring: Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation and service areas following established safety standards. Experience in food preparation techniques including grilling, baking, frying, and portioning to ensure quality and consistency. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members, addressing inquiries and providing guidance. Ability to manage inventory by estimating needs, stocking supplies, and organizing kitchen equipment efficiently.
