Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and answering questions about menu options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including brewing stations, counters, and seating areas Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or maintenance needs Uphold health and safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures at all times Foster a positive environment by collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Previous experience working as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation is advantageous Comfortable handling cash transactions or using POS (Point of Sale) systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Hourly wage is in addition to tips.
