Role Overview Pink House Alchemy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Barista to join our team. This position is responsible for creating high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized café environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to Pink House Alchemy standards and recipes. Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service. Educate customers about Pink House Alchemy products, flavors, and menu offerings. Accurately take orders and process customer transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, café, equipment, and customer areas. Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift. Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and opening/closing procedures. Monitor product quality and presentation. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and a positive customer experience. Assist with other café and retail responsibilities as needed.
