The ideal candidate is someone of strong character, integrity, and professionalism , who genuinely loves working with people and thrives on creating positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages with consistency and efficiency Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment in accordance with specialty coffee standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area Provide exceptional customer service with friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism Follow opening, closing, and daily operational procedures Assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment Educate guests on menu items, brew methods, and seasonal offerings

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of barista experience (specialty coffee preferred) Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee brewing techniques Excellent communication skills and a people-first attitude Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and mornings A reliable, team-oriented work ethic with attention to detail Passion for coffee, customer experience, and contributing to a positive culture
