Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista to join our team. ! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including protein Shakes, smoothies, açaí bowls, wellness drinks, frappes and more Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and balance cash register at shift end Ensure proper food handling practices are followed during beverage preparation and food service Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Experience Previous barista experience or background in food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques in a café or retail environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Experience in beverage service, drink preparation, or coffee industry roles is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences!
