Overview Join our team as a Barista / Boba Team Member at Boba Brew! In this role, you will craft specialty teas, espresso, and boba drinks, serve delicious freshly made desserts, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. This position offers a fun, fast-paced atmosphere where you can build customer service skills and work with a supportive team. Responsibilities Handcraft high-quality teas, espresso, cold brews, frappes, and specialty boba beverages according to exact recipe ratios. Prepare fresh boba, toppings, bubble waffles, and perform ingredient advance prep for upcoming shifts. Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards across the entire shop, kitchen, prep areas, service counters, and equipment throughout operating hours. Perform complete end-of-day closing procedures, including deep cleaning equipment, sanitizing all workstations, sweeping, mopping, and securing operating areas. Efficiently operate the POS system to process customer orders and payments accurately. Greet guests warmly, take orders with enthusiasm, and offer menu recommendations. Assist with inventory restocking and maintaining organized storage areas. Qualifications & Requirements Must be available to work flexible part-time shifts (8 to 15 hours per week), including closing shifts. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and high attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform cleaning tasks, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Prior café, boba shop, or retail experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates!
