- Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Assist with food preparation as needed Skills
- Proficiency in using a cash register for transactions
- Knowledge of food service and retail math
- Experience working with coffee or in a café setting is a plus
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
