Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly service that exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities by processing cash transactions and balancing registers at shift end. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Support team members with time management during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and inventory counting. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper cleaning protocols. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
