Job Description
Bloom Tea is a community-first tea lounge — a third place where people slow down, connect, and feel at home. We're looking for someone who gets that, and shows up for every guest accordingly. What we're looking for: Weekend availability (required) Strong customer service experience — you're warm, attentive, and people genuinely enjoy interacting with you Must be 18 or older A passion for tea is a plus Someone who naturally creates an inclusive, welcoming space for all people What you'll do: Prepare and serve tea, matcha, lattes, and other menu drinks Engage guests, make recommendations, and help them feel at home Keep the space clean, stocked, and running smoothly Handle transactions accurately using our POS system We're a small, intentional team.
