Process retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and card payments with accuracy. Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support daily café operations. Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving drinks, processing transactions, and cleaning. Requirements Strong cash handling skills with the ability to process transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor. Ability to prepare beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash reconciliation and transaction processing.
