Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items to enhance their experience Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS system Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Ensure proper food handling and beverage service procedures are followed at all times Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, including basic food safety and food handling practices Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with café experience preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers Ability to prepare beverages quickly while maintaining quality standards Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Experience in beverage service, drink preparation, and food presentation techniques Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values energy, enthusiasm, and excellence in every cup served.
