Job Description
Qahwa Time is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Barista to join our team. We are a Yemeni coffee shop focused on quality drinks, great customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for every customer. What You'll Do Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, matcha, refreshers, smoothies, and other menu items according to our recipes and standards Provide friendly and professional customer service Take orders and accurately operate our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining drink quality Help with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers What We're Looking For Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Reliable and punctual Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Willing to learn and follow recipes and procedures Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends, is a plus Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, learns quickly, stays productive during slower periods, and genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience.
