Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Barista to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment, adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling best practices Assist with food handling and beverage presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high service standards Experience Proven experience as a Barista with a strong background in coffee preparation and beverage service Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred Previous retail sales transactions experience demonstrating accuracy in cash handling and math skills Food service experience with knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of café operations including drink preparation, serving techniques, and basic cleaning routines Join our team where your passion for coffee meets your talent for delivering exceptional service!
