A board game cafe is somewhere people can go to play board games, drink coffee and hang out with their friends. We are looking for a barista to join our team to help us make drinks for our customers. We are working with locally roasted coffee beans from Soul Grind, and have a La Marzocco 3 group espresso machine. We opened April 27th, 2024!

Requirements:

Expertise in espresso and coffee beverage preparation. Ability to supervise employees effectively. Cleanliness, meticulousness, and a collaborative spirit with integrity. Politeness, engaging communication, and exceptional listening skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Experience in food and beverage preparation and customer service. Willingness to acquire new skills and assist with various tasks. Adaptability to a high-energy, fast-paced work environment. Physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods. Availability to work peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Compliance with all health codes and current ServSafe certification.
