• Crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers.
• Working register and greeting customers.
• Following verbal & written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency.
• Complying consistently with standard portion sizes.
• Maintaining a clean and organize work stations.
• Restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items.
• Prepping ingredients as needed.
• Assisting other team members as needed.
• Opening and closing duties including: cooking boba, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash.
• Adhere to food and safety guidelines.
• Fast-paced working environment on Fridays to Sundays, sometimes on Thursday.
