Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the coffee house and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; notify management when stock is low. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Proven experience as a barista or in a customer service role is required. Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn more about specialty coffee. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
