We are a small team working together to create a welcoming, guest focused space for everyone to enjoy great coffee. We need your help if; You are passionate about sharing the joy of great coffee You have excellent customer service skills and love working with people You are a friendly and open communicator You enjoy working quickly and efficiently to achieve high quality standards You have a strong attention to detail You are motivated by a desire to learn and share new experiences Barista Responsibilities; Serve guests with kindness and genuine attention to their needs Maintain a clear knowledge of all beverages served, including coffee origins, tasting descriptions, and brewing recipes Work in a collaborative and cooperative way, always assisting and communicating with other teammates Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment Create and serve drinks to high quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work space and cafe area Must have; Passion for specialty coffee Flexible availability for shifts from 6:30am-7:00pm Lookout is open every day and availability of 3-4 days is required Working one weekend day is required and Sunday availability preferred A minimum of one year customer service or hospitality experience Applications must include a resume AND a brief letter introducing yourself and describing why you want to work at Lookout.
