As a Team Member, you'll learn every part of our shop—from providing excellent customer service and mastering our Square POS system to preparing fresh fruits and vegetables and crafting our full menu of smoothies, juices, oatmeal, acai bowls, and toasts. We take cleanliness, quality, teamwork, and reliability seriously. Responsibilities Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide friendly, high-energy customer service Learn and confidently operate the Square POS system , including taking accurate customer orders and processing transactions Learn how to properly prepare our entire menu, including: Acai bowls Smoothies Fresh juices Oatmeal Toasts Toppings and other menu ingredients Complete designated stocking/prep shifts , including precise cutting and preparation of fruits, vegetables, toppings, and other ingredients Follow all Juice n' Bowls recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines Maintain speed and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment Restock ingredients, supplies, cups, utensils, and other shop necessities throughout the shift Maintain a spotless and organized workplace Participate in thorough daily cleaning and deep-cleaning duties throughout the entire store, including equipment, prep areas, counters, floors, storage areas, and customer areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, health-code, and grooming standards Communicate effectively with managers and fellow Team Members Work together as a team and assist wherever needed during busy periods Arrive on time, in uniform, and fully prepared for every scheduled shift RequirementsReliability is extremely important to us. Our team depends on every scheduled Team Member showing up and being ready to work. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position. We are looking for applicants who: Are committed to working their scheduled shifts Have reliable transportation and can arrive to work on time Understand that unexcused absences and repeated call-offs are not acceptable Are dependable and communicate responsibly with management Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Can work effectively as part of a team Are comfortable working quickly during busy periods Can follow recipes, procedures, and detailed instructions Pay attention to cleanliness, food quality, and presentation Are willing to learn every station and responsibility in the shop Can stand and remain active for extended periods Can regularly lift and carry boxes of produce and supplies weighing approximately 30-50 lbs Have a valid Food Handler's Card or are willing to obtain one Are willing to follow all company grooming, uniform, food-safety, and health-code requirements Previous restaurant, food-service, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required . We are willing to train motivated people who have the right attitude and reliability.
