Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Assist with basic food preparation tasks and restocking supplies as needed to keep the café running smoothly Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred Proven experience in food service or retail math for accurate cash handling and sales processing Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout shifts Basic math skills for cash transactions, sales calculations, and inventory management Join us in creating an energetic environment where every guest leaves satisfied!
