Duties Prepare a variety of boba tea and other non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage preparation stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Manage cash handling duties accurately by processing cash transactions and giving correct change. Restock supplies regularly, including ingredients, cups, straws, and napkins, to keep the station well-equipped. Follow food safety protocols during beverage preparation and food handling to ensure a safe experience for all guests. Requirements Previous barista or café experience is preferred; familiarity with beverage service and drink preparation is a plus. Experience with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed.
